Code Enforcement is handled at City Hall by the Building Inspector. Some code sections may also be enforced by the Police Department, Fire Department, Public Works and City Hall. 

There is a process for nuisance infractions within the City which are directed by code. Active nuisance cases are listed below. This information is provided to let citiznes know that a nuisance is being addressed. You will see the location of hte nuisance, the date the infraction was documented, what the nature of the nuisance is and what step in the process the case is at the present time.

Many nuisance cases take time, especially when it comes to cases that require court action. The code enforcement falls under public safety and reports to the Fire Chief.
