City Council meetings are held in person at Camanche City Hall 818 7th Avenue. Doors typically open 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.  You are still able to attend the meetings remotely. You are able to attend the meeting by phone by dialing the number listed below.  Once you dial in, wait for the prompt to enter the code.  Follow the instructions and you will then enter into the room.  We ask that you put your phone on mute so the other participants do not hear your conversations or background noise.  You will also be muted in the chat room during the discussions.  As always, there will be an opportunity for citizens to speak at the beginning of the meeting on agenda topics, as well as at the end of the meeting for other topics.  Please note that council may not engage in deliberations that are not on the agenda.  In order to be heard, you will need to provide your name and address for the record prior to speaking.  You may make the request and please wait for the Mayor or meeting chairperson to recognize you.  You may also use the chat box feature, but we can not assure you that any questions or requests will be honored.  We just do not have the staffing avaialble to handle all of the different aspects of this new medium.

If you would like to be placed on the agenda to speak, please submit the request via the box below.  You will need to include your name, address and subject matter.  These requests will happen at the beginning of the meeting and will allow the council to engage in discussion with you on the topic you have requested.  The deadline to be placed on the agenda is 3PM on the previous buisness day.  Any requests after that will not be honored.
