We are providing a new service for online bill paying called Front Desk.  This will require you to set up a new account.  This new system will allow you to see a lot more information including previous years water usage, access to agendas, pay other transactions like permits, and many other features.

Previous ACH customers will need to sign up with the new service.  ACH transactions will no longer be a free service.  The City is not handling those directly any longer so the fee is the vendor's charge.  There is still a charge for credit card transactions as well.
